I am Nima Madadi, a fisheries engineer and heir to a valuable legacy in the Iranian caviar industry. I began my journey in 2002 at my father’s farm, known as the first sturgeon breeding center in Iran. With a history of innovation and expertise, this farm was a unique platform to learn the deepest and most complex principles of caviar farming and production.
